Shane advises in estate administration, wealth management and all issues related to the transfer of assets by gift or inheritance. He has been accredited with a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning and is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In addition, Shane looks after our Licensing Department and has been involved in a wide range of licensing matters including public house acquisitions, off–licences; both new and established, hospitality trade certificates, public dance licences, and auctioneers’ licences. He has a noted reputation for providing complex licensing advice to a large range of leisure and retail clients.
Shane also acts extensively for private clients and SME’s in property and landlord and tenant related matters.
