Managing Partner
Eileen has been a Partner in Coakley Moloney since 1996 and heads up the Property and Commercial departments. She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial property, agricultural property, residential estates and receiverships, commercial lending and corporate restructuring. She acts for Financial Institutions, Credit Unions, PLCs, and SMEs and Farm Partnerships. Eileen also has an extensive private client practice and acts for private clients in the purchase, sale and mortgaging of residential property, family law, wills and trusts.
